Many of our patients are receiving long term treatment and are eligible for ‘repeat prescriptions’. Usually, we see these patients every six months, although for some conditions and often at the start of a new treatment, this may be more frequently.
If your pet is due more of their usual medication, please contact us no less than 48-hours before you would like to collect this. This may be done by completing the form below or calling the surgery.
Please note we ask for at least two working days’ notice, so that our staff have the opportunity to order this specifically should we need to, but also to ensure that the medicine is still appropriate for your pet, and to arrange a recheck if necessary.
For routine flea and worming treatments for patients already under our care, we ask you to try to give us 24-hours’ notice. We accommodate all requests as far as possible.
COVID-19 Christmas Update
We are working safely and will continue to provide care for your pets during the COVID-19 pandemic and over the Christmas and New Year holiday. Please call us for an appointment or emergency services. Please note that our opening hours may be subject to change over the holidays. We will advise you where you can be seen and what you need to do. To help keep us all safe, please do not attend the practice unless you have called us first and have a pre-booked appointment. Thank you.
