Support team

Denise has worked for the practice since 1998, she started as a receptionist and has worked her way up to practice manager. She deals with all management, administration and financial aspects of the business for all three branches. Denise has three Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Rodney, Burt and Earney who she rehomed after they were brought into the practice as strays.

Sinead joined in January 2019 and previously had a back ground in pharmacy and healthcare. She has four pets at home ranging from a small ginger kitten to a big Alaskan malamute, the other two dogs are rescues pups. Her hobbies include arts and crafts and she is a part of a local rowing club.

Kay has worked for the practice for over 30 years. She worked in the original practice for John Daniel in Buttgarden Street, Bideford. Kay is the main face on reception and deals with all the Healthy Pet Club registrations and queries. Kay enjoys helping rehabilitation of hedgehogs.

Paula joined the receptionist team at Torbridge Vet Group at the beginning of 2019. Previous to this job Paula was dispensing medications for 20 years, in local GP practices and pharmacies. Paula has a English Springer Spaniel called Jaffa.

Donna joined our Torrington surgery in 1995 and is an experienced receptionist. She enjoys all aspects of her role and feels that making clients and their pets feel welcome is of paramount importance. She will often be your first point of contact for all your enquiries.

Vikki is a member of the Bideford reception team. She works alongside our other part-time receptionist, organising the daily running of the reception, stock control, registering Healthy Pet Club memberships and sending out routine treatment reminders.

Carole joined Torbridge Veterinary Hospital in 1989 and is an experienced receptionist working from our Torrington surgery. She is responsible for arranging client’s appointments to see a vet or nurse. Other responsibilities include stock ordering and stock control.

Steph joined us in 2014 as part of our new reception team at South Molton. As well as the daily running of the reception Steph deals with Healthy Pet Club registrations, stock ordering and routine reminders.
